The site for this project was located on the corner of 107th Ave & Kendall Dr. The idea was to redesign this locale to be a more dense and urban area. We were asked to develop the public space, using the theory that urban areas equal more pedestrians. Our proposal included taller buildings with a commercial layer, office spaces and residential units as well as trendy restaurants. Our scheme represented pedestrian friendly concepts, which would allow residents to make, few trips to take care of various things.
